Welcome to Pets Muddy Paws. By using our website (petsmuddypaws.com) and our grooming, boarding, and daycare services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Pets Muddy Paws provides professional dog grooming, boarding, and daycare services at our facility located at 8140 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314. Our services are available during our posted business hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations, including:

  • Rabies
  • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
  • Bordetella (required for boarding and daycare)

Dogs without current vaccination records may be turned away. Please bring vaccination records to your first visit.

Pet Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any known health conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or special needs your dog may have.
  • If your dog has fleas, ticks, or other parasites, a flea treatment will be administered and the cost will be added to your bill.
  • In the rare event that your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary attention if necessary. You are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
  • Our groomers may refuse to perform certain services if they determine it could cause harm or distress to your dog.

Grooming Acknowledgments

  • Matted coats: Severely matted coats may require shaving for your dog’s comfort and safety. De-matting can be painful and stressful. Our groomers will discuss options with you if matting is an issue.
  • Pre-existing conditions: Grooming may reveal or exacerbate pre-existing skin conditions, lumps, or other health issues. Pets Muddy Paws is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming.
  • Groomer discretion: Our groomers may modify the requested style if necessary for the health and safety of your pet.

Boarding and Daycare

  • Boarding check-in and check-out occur during business hours only.
  • Dogs must be current on all required vaccinations.
  • You agree to provide accurate emergency contact information.
  • Personal items brought for your dog (toys, blankets, food) are at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior toward staff or other animals may be isolated or required to be picked up early.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on your dog’s weight, coat type, coat condition, and services selected.
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept credit cards, cash, and online payments.
  • Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website and at our facility.

Liability

  • Pets Muddy Paws exercises the utmost care with every dog entrusted to us. However, grooming and boarding inherently carry some risk.
  • We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions, stress-related reactions, or injuries that may occur despite our best efforts and reasonable precautions.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
